During my tenure as Marketing Manager for World of Business Idea's corporate executive events in Mexico, I coordinated a budget over USD$500K for ATL media spaces. This campaign included print, out-of-home and digital spaces in media like: Televisa, El Financiero, Mundo Ejecutivo, Grupo Formula, Vertice Media, and other major publishing powerhouses in Mexico. Key responsibilities included copy writing and editorial supervision.
PPC Facebook Advertising & Web Building
As Marketing Manager, during 2022 I had the amazing opportunity to set up the beauty and health educational website for Specialty Barber Inc: Liberty Work Institute. For it, we required the company's users and external ones to be able to: take online courses, buy them, send messages to other users, be able to post in their own digital wall, receive course certificates, etc. I decided the best option was to set up a Wordpress website that had multiple plugins going on: Buddy Boss to add social media functionality, Learn Dash for the LMS and some other nice things as QR codes per certificate, online automatic grading and class booking. I carefully set up a private server and configured WHM, cPanel and Apache for extended functionality.
An inbound marketing strategy was launched to sell in-person workshops. The assigned monthly budget for facebook chat-generating ads was USD$470. Here are some of the main results:

During my time working in Vertical Real Estate I had the opportunity to be part of a company-wide HubSpot implementation. We had the amazing luck to be coached directly by the HubSpot team in Boston. Collaborating with teammates through reliable software helped us sell over USD$1.4MD of luxury apartments in residential buildings near the heart of Mexico City during implementation. We found every MQL type required at least 35 days of follow ups since that was about the time customers took from the beginning of their journey to actually buying property. The determined MQL types were: Newlywed couples, retirees with grandkids, investors and successful woman.
